7-Day Introductory Series

DAY ONE: FLOW

Caley expertly guides you through this dynamic and fluid vinyasa flow to bring a sense of vitality into your body and mind. Think atypical vinyasas: outside of the Chatarunga up dog-down dog box! You can also expect a bit of power, strong breath, some seated side body stretches, and a lovely relaxation to finish.


DAY TWO: BREATHE

All you need is 10-minutes to reenergize and focus on yourself! Caley introduces you to two transformational breathing techniques: Ego Eradicator and Nadi Shodhan (Alternate Nostril breathing.) 

These practices will help you to calm and center your mind, open your lungs, consolidate your magnetic field, and bring the brain hemispheres to a state of alertness (balancing the logical and emotional sides of our personality.) You are simultaneously purifying and balancing the major energy channels of the body: the Ida (masculine) and the Pingala (feminine) ensuring smooth flow of prana (life force) through the body.


DAY THREE: POWER

Here's your good ol' sweaty power vinyasa flow! This class is the perfect Power Yoga experience complete with traditional Vinyasa sequences to build heat, core work, balancing postures, and inversions all wrapped into one.


DAY FOUR: REST

Experience the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra aka Psychic Sleep. This is a laying-down meditation that can reset your entire nervous system. If you drop in deeply, 20-40 minutes of practice might feel as though you've slept for 2-4 hours. Over time, this practice WILL improve your sleep. You will fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply.


DAY FIVE: BALANCE

Finding balance is a constant journey, not a stagnant state of being. Caley guides you through a flow focused on balancing postures for your legs, arms, and everything in between. These challenging positions can be an amazing mirror for us to observe our stress reactivity and frustration levels. There is a lot to learn here on both the physical and mental levels.


DAY SIX: MEDITATE

Seated meditation isn't the only way to go. In this practice, we’ll explore both moving and seated meditations (including meditation for addiction!) using breath and mantra.


DAY SEVEN: CORE

Fire up your core with a fusion of targeted Pilates exercises and yoga sequences in just 20 minutes. This is one of Caley's personal favorite ways to practice. Expect to work your core from every angle with exercises such as side plank thread-the-needle, forearm plank rocks, and figure 8 leg lifts.
